Sports Illustrated came up with a list of the best pound-for-pound fighters, and guess who’s the no. 1 pound-for-pound boxer in the list? No other than our very own Manny Pacquiao! SI said that “Pacquiao has been dazzling at whatever weight class he chooses to fight.”
