One year ago…
While we were busy singing the night away last January 9 at the Alfredo’s resort, to celebrate Zorlone’s despedida and the day my Angel turns 12, this blog has turned one year older.
Yes, it was exactly on January 9, 2009 when I introduced the dot com version of The Struggling Blogger. Perhaps because I was so busy adjusting to my new schedule, the Christmas party, and the New Year’s party that I overlooked my blog’s birthday.
To be honest, though, I really don’t have any plans to make a big celebration for my blog’s birthday. Having a contest definitely crossed my mind, but I am not really good at holding one, much more promoting it, that I scratched it off.
But I am really thankful for this blog’s first year which is really full of blessings and excitement. It was indeed a memorable first year for The Struggling Blogger dot Com.
And of course it goes without saying, I would like to thank everyone, friends and otherwise, who have graced the humble pages of my blog and honor me with their comments and suggestions.
Thank you very much.
While I did not hold my own contest, I would be one of the sponsor of Earlingorgeous’ upcoming contest. The way I see it, it looks like a big one. So watch for it.
Finally, as I would always say… and the struggling continues.

Uy one year na nga pala yun, ang bilis naman prang kailan lang samantalang dun sa akin 1 post pa lang nagawa ko, LOL!

Why didn’t you push through with a contest? I’m sure Paige would be happy to cook up cow’s eyes for the grand winner. Ahehehe.
Goodness, my blog is just a month older than yours? Then they could have shard the blogging nursery then, don’t you think?
Here’s to more awesome year, Roy. I know it wouldn’t be the same for you without a bit of a struggle – makes the achievement and recognition all the sweeter, right? So there’s that and fun and productive year ahead of us then.
