Excited for the “A Puppy, Not a Guppy” book tour

Oh boy! I’m really cramming now! Cramming, and definitely excited!

The book tour of A Puppy, Not a Guppy has started and Vivian of Brain Cells and Bubble Wrap did an amazing kick-off of the tour, and would be a tough act to follow.

So, why am I so excited?

Because next stop would be my blog!

Yes! In less than 24 hours actually, the book tour stops here, and this would be my first time to host such an exciting event!

Excited and at the same time, nervous. Because I really don’t know what to do. But hey, what’s important is that it’s fun… and I’m having fun already just anticipating the event.

The book was written by author-friend (Yes! I have an author-friend! Is that awesome or what?!) Holly Jahangiri, and…. no wait, I’ll save it all for the book stop.

In the meantime, let me just share to you the contest that Holly is having in connection with the book tour. The contest details are below:

I have to go to school now, Mr. Roy, but I can’t wait to come visit you tomorrow! I’m excited (and kinda nervous) too. This is my very first walk around the blogs with my guppies (they don’t look nervous at ALL!) but we can’t wait. Thanks! Bye now!

Whew! Did you get some of those cookies over at Miss Vivian’s place? Those are SO good. I think I smell more in the oven. Miss Vivian said something about a little girl who eats enough for a grown lumberjack after a long day at work… I think she meant me!

but I’m sure she’ll be taking it as a compliment that you really liked her cookies.

Roy, I like your blog as a first time visitor and I can die restfully now that someone has finally explained JetLag to me.

I landed here off Holly’s blog and it’s welcoming to see you have Holly’s “Puppy” on tour. I purchased “Puppy Not A Guppie” for my daughter, really. Getting it back so I can read it has been like fighting for the remote control.

Gotta go read your missive about “It Pays To Be Offline”.
