Eraserheads concert, Bb. Pilipinas 2009 and Thanksgiving dinner…

Tomorrow, March 7, 2009 seems to be a day to look forward to for most people. Because aside from it being another weekend break from school and office works, lots of things will be happening too, among them the E-heads concert and the coronation night of Binibining Pilipinas.

First, the Eraserheads concert which is tagged as the Final Set. This is continuation of their first reunion concert which was cut short because of the bands lead vocals, Ely Buendia’s health condition.

Could this be the band’s real last concert together? I’m sure, most of the fans would rather not think about it now and just enjoy the concert of the group.

Tomorrow night too will be the coronation of the Bb. Pilipinas 2009, a beauty pageant parading all the beautiful Filipina in country. Although it has quite a controversy this year because a candidate was disqualified for posing in a men’s magazine before.

Afraid she might win and won’t be a good representation of the new Filipina?

Fortunately, this will be telecast on free TV since we don’t have a cable and neither am I willing to travel all the way to Araneta Center just to watch the proceedings.

But before that, my kids and I will be attending the anticipated mass (tomorrow being a Saturday) at 6:00 PM. After which we will be attending the thanksgiving dinner which will be hosted by our fellow community member whose son passed the Nursing board exam.

Another great time to be offline and catch up with friends again. After which, we’ll go home with enough time to catch the Bb. Pilipinas on TV.

Yup! Tomorrow is indeed a great day to look forward too… another day to be thankful for.

In the morning? Of course, aside from blogging… it’s a good time for the weekly house clean up.
