Rin on the Rox on Ellen’s show!
In a previous post where I blogged about Ellen’s invitation to Erin and Roxanne, two talented and beautiful Filipinas, to appear on the Ellen DeGeneres’ show, my friend Iva of The Filipino Web commented that they are scheduled to appear February 3.
True enough, Rin on the Rox, as the girls call themselves, appeared on the Ellen’s show on the said date.

But if you’re like me who seem to be used watching them on YouTube instead, here’s the YouTube version of their appearance.
Did you see that? They were given tickets to the Grammy’s!
Yes I know, they won’t exactly be performing, but just being there and seeing all those great international artists in person is a great experience.
But these girls deserve it.

I’m curious though… I wonder where is that Chinese restaurant where they are working?
Why do I suddenly have a craving for Chinese food?

I saw these two on TV. Thanks to u tube, u don’t need a lot of money and connections for real talent to be discovered these days. Ako nga nagiisip na gumawa ng video, baka ma discover din. (hehehehehe) baka isuka ako ng u tube.

Unfortunately though their original channel on YouTube has now been cancelled due to copyright issues… they have a new non-infringing channel… ganyan talaga… medyo magulo ang copyright rules ngayon sa internet… siguro pag kumanta ka ng cover ng isang song para sa mga kaibigan mo at sintunado ka, ok lang… pero once sikat ka na at napansin nila Ellen at Oprah pwede a na sitahin. In the case of Charice it was different because the videos came from several people captured from different sources and appearing on different YouTube channels… no singular channel to suspend/cancel.
