Introducing: Gorgoro!
I saw him in today’s episode of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho where Jessica Soho featured yet another medium to express one’s self and perhaps be famous – which is through video blogging.
And one of those video blogs featured belong to Gorgoro, whose YouTube Channel, GorgoroMusic I bet has a lot hits now as I am making this blog post.
Gorgoro is a puppet and a musician, the Jessica show featured one of his music video, and although it was just a short glimpse, I saw that his songs are beautiful.
So I immediately searched for him on the YouTube, and true enough I found him.
At first, I thought he looked familiar, and I found out on his introductory video why.
I’m sure you’re familiar with the Animal that Gorgoro is referring to as his father, he is the drummer from the band in the Muppet Show.
I’ll say that it’s quite clever that Gorgoro traced his musical inclination from the famous drummer. No wonder he got so much talent in him.
Well, if you are doubting Gorgoro’s claim that he is Animal’s son, just look at the striking resemblance!
If only Animal would have less hair or Gorgoro would have more hair, it won’t be easy to tell one from the other.
So if anyone who happens to know Animal and reads this, I hope he could have a heart to help Gorgoro in his quest to find his long-long father.
After all, every child deserve to see his father.
Well, so much for the drama. In the meantime, let us enjoy Gorgoro’s music in his first music video on YouTube. This song is called “Mapakali”

Ah yes, I saw it too. This only shows that we Filipinos are born to have a lot of talent. I remember Moymoy Palaboy and as far as I know, they now belong to GMA talent exclusively.
But as of now, I wish my webhosting service can fix my wp admin page. My blog can be checked by I cannot make a new post, and this has been up and down recently.

I also watched this episode, and I think blogging in the Philippines is getting more recognition these days.
Sana nga para mas marami tayo, mas masaya. In fact, my guess is darating ang araw na ang blog ay para na ring celfone….
