The results of the November 2008 Nursing Board Exams are out, and Jovie Ann Alawas Decoyna of Baguio Central University topped the board, with 89 percent.
Of the 88,649 examinees last November, 39,455 or 44.51% have passed the said exam, according to the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).
